As I write this, I am beaming right now. I just finished the Pair of Wolves and I am so pleased with the results! I was hoping I could’ve had it done yesterday night, but it really wasn’t feasible. I had to settle for tonight, and it definitely made my night!
I apologize for the poor quality of the image. My camera on my Samsung isn’t the greatest, and it really doesn’t do this piece the justice it deserves.
It’s a funny thing when a project goes to UFO status. I often find it hard to motivate myself to finish it. I start a project with such fervent and voracious stitching. All of the sudden, I see a new project that I want to start with that same intensity and unfortuantely, one of the projects has to fall to the back burner. As you can imagine, it gets frustrating constantly starting projects and wanting to finish them, but not actually finishing them.
It is, however, extremely gratifying to finally finish a project that I started forever ago. Now I am faced with a new dillemma: which project should I stitch next? Sure, I have more WIPs and even UFOs that are still waiting to be worked upon, but I also have so many more interesting things in my stash! I should figure it out by Sunday when I make my next post, so stay tuned!!
